Better than what the Doctor ordered!
Our doctor actually ordered magnesium glycinate for our family. Howerver the loposomal is taking it one step further. These are great if you have the leg cramps or the foot cramps. We all go to the gym to tone on the weight machines a couple of times per week. This is a nice supplement to add to keep from being too painful if we overdo the weight lifting.

CRAP PRODUCT
I bought this magnesium to replace another one thinking it would for sure be better. My dad has blood cancer and many issues in his body that we have been able to solve with natural vitamins and supplements. His hemoglobin is very low but he is doing well despite that. All of a sudden my dad started getting severe crampsand spasms in his legs at night and arms during the day. Could not figure out what it was bc these usually only happen without magnesium or b12 which he had both in this protocol. Kept going through all of his supplements, researching what might be depleted in his body that could be causing this. He was doing high dose IV vitamin c so I thought this was depleting some other essential nutrient. Then it hit me- I had him start using a new magnesium. I decided to switch it back to the old one and that night his spasms were completely gone and have not come back since. He suffered for a month bc of this straight up CRAP PRODUCT.

Works well most nights
I use this product when I am having a hard time sleeping. It works most the time for me when I can’t sleep. I stir the powder in with tart cherry juice and it doesn’t taste bad at all. My magnesium levels are on the lower side of normal so this product helps me maintain a normal magnesium level.
