I was waiting for a full year before reviewing this medicine. Make sure you read the fine print. This does not work with heart medicine. My Maine Coon has HCM. He has tried several medications with side effects like vomiting and burning his ears. It was crazy. I took him off everything along with his specialist. I put him on this medication. He has been on it for a year. The specialist was surprised that he didnt have more fluid in his lungs. He seemed stable for now. I would recommend but make sure your vet knows and PLEASE read the interactions. You could end up hurting your cat if you do not.

This product helped support my cat’s heart health and regulation, allowing him to have a better quality of life. I would definitely recommend it to other pet owners looking for additional support for their cats.

This is the best supplement for senior kitties with heart issues. We had two cats and lost one cat to congestive heart failure in 2021. His brother was showing the same symptoms, and we started giving him this supplement. It was like a miracle for him! He stopped doing that reverse sneeze sounding cough thing, became more energetic, and lived four more years. One time, I didn’t realize we were getting low, and his symptoms started returning again before we were able to get more. He was 18yrs and 6 months old when all the symptoms started breaking through, despite the supplement, and we lost him a little over a month later. We really believe this supplement worked wonders for him!

I have an older cat and he had episodes of his heart pounding hard. The vet said he has heart murmurs but due to his age there isn't much she could do. This formula really did help with those episodes he was having. They have almost gone away and when he does have one it is very minor now. As far as taste, he doesn't like it and I go direct to the mouth. But he does not gag or hack on it and will go about eating the treats he gets for suffering the medicine right after. I know the little guy is getting to the end but thank you for this product and helping his quality of life!

It's early to know if this product is effective although my car with newly diagnosed HCM seems to be calmer, alert and breathing better however he nearly vomits each time I give it to him. He gags a bit and I'm not sure the bacon flavor is overly palatable. Would love to see a different flavor for cats

My kitty was recently diagnosed at 4 yrs old with heart failure. I was given Lasix Durectic and said there is nothing they can do. She was given a death sentence. I was not going to accept that. They had me try Enacard they said to help strengthen heart. 1 pill almost killed my beloved baby girl. I bought 3 bottles of this after endless search for help. I have been using it for 2 weeks and have noticed a difference. On this, my girl is eating again and mobile, More than I had hoped for. She isn't so anxious as much. I have to keep her on the Lasix Durectic too but this product has given me more hope than any Vet could ever give. Thank you for all your emails asking about how she is doing. I appreciate that this company cares so much about my kitty. She is not just a pet. She is my baby girl. More updates to come. She has only been on it 2 weeks. The flavor says bacon. She doesn't care for the taste but after giving her water after it, she doesn't seem to mind it too much.

I do not recommend this company or products, they have done nothing to help my ailing cat and their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. Why is that? If these are such great products and supposedly work so well? They have no unbiased scientific research to back up their products so you're basically using your animal as a Guinea Pig in the "hopes" they'll help and not harm, or worse. I have learned a painful, expensive lesson with these products and this company, I will support evidence-based research not any company's claims or glowing reviews on their website. They have sponsored ads all over the Internet as well as gave free products for reviews online. I am not impressed and what we don't know can hurt you and your furbabies. You have to dig pretty deep online but there are complaints. Going back and reading these complaints has totally opened my eyes and I wish I had done more research beforehand. I made a terrible assumption thinking their claims were true and that these people actually wanted to help my pet. I needed, like many, many other pet parents out there, for their products to work as purported. I have since gone back and also re-read the warnings on some of their products, some can be quite dangerous. I will never put my animal's life in jeopardy again believing this company who creates "natural" products have my pet's or my best interest in mind. They say their products are organically grown, they do not say where they are sourced from, and, if truly grown organically you would think they have a seal verifying but I do not know if this applies to animal food, supplements, etc. There is no research showing these products actually even work! Nor any research how these will interact with other supplements, food, especially Prescription foods, or medications you may also be administering. This alone terrifies me now. Remember, no one is regulating this industry. Greed and deception do not make conducive healing environments for ourselves or our beloved animal families. Amazing product. My chihuahua made it 5 extra years with a heart condition using this product along with a heart pill from the vet. Now I adopted a Ragdoll cat who at 6 years was diagnosed with thickening of the heart walls. There is no known medication to help her from it progressing within a year to have a heart attack or can't breath. Since I put her on this product she's already playing and breathing better. It's only been a couple months. But I will review again down the road .

I noticed my 2 year old cat was coughing, violent attacks, about once a day. I purchased this product and within 2 days the cough was gone. Pet Wellbeing Young at Heart is truly amazing! I added the drops to wet cat food and really never had a problem. I’m grateful for all of the reviews that I read prior or I probably wouldn’t have bought it. Thanks all!

Definite improvement! My cat hasn't been coughing when he wakes up since he's been on these drops. He has recently been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. And for some years whilst sleeping, fluid has been building up around his lungs which makes him do a few little coughs when he wakes up. It's not a good sign although he's been put on fluid meds (furosemide) since being diagnosed and otherwise has improved dramatically. Although reduced, the cough still lingered. Since I have been giving him these drops morning and night mixed in with his meals, I haven't noticed the coughing anymore! Happy days indeed!! My cat didn't particularly like the flavour to start with but I started him off with a very small dose and over the course of about a week, I gradually increased it to full/recommended dose and now he gobbles up his meals like normal. I definitely recommend this product especially if your pet has already being diagnosed with a heart condition! It's well with a try. I'll be buying this again, for sure!

Someone recommended this to me when my Norwegian Forest cat Hugo, was diagnosed with congestive heart failure due to a murmur he has had from birth. After arriving back from holiday to the cattery, we found him barely breathing, he’d lost a kilo in weight, and was not going to the toilet. We took him to the vet, who said it would be kinder to euthanise him. Everything happened so fast to make an on the spot decision. I didn’t want to be cruel or let him suffer but he’s also part of our family, and if he was going to pass I wanted him to be in his own home with people he loved, but not suffer at the same time. It’s such a difficult decision to make. The vet gave us pain killers, clopidogrel, and isomed, and said “Take him home and give him lots of love”. That night we sat up with him, as he looked very poorly and the next morning he looked pretty much the same. I have a friend who rescues cats, and she said she always uses “Young At Heart” on cats she’s rescued that have been diagnosed with CHF? To be honest, I was very sceptical, but on her recommendation it was try this or to go back to the vet to have him put to sleep. Well, we are 17 days in now with “Young At Heart” after ordering it from Amazon. He has this and his isomed medication from the vet, and I can’t believe it. This has honestly made such a huge difference. From being at deaths door, to how he is now, it’s an absolute miracle. He seems to be how he was before we left for our holidays, running around, playing, and very alert. Yes he sleeps a lot more due to his diagnosis of CHF, and I know his condition is guarded, but for now he is getting loads of cuddles, and looks so much happier. My vet couldn’t believe it when she saw him. I know he is also on isomed medication as well and that is a game changer too, but “Young At Heart” seems to have complimented this, and both seem to be working hand in hand. I mix bot his isomed and young at heart together in with his lick e lix and I have no problems. He loves the taste and it works every time. I can’t thank my friend enough, for her recommendation of this product. It has given us more time with our gorgeous boy, and he’s so much happier than before.

My cat has heart problems but this seems to have sorted it out, he’s now more active and eating again.

This significantly improved my cat’s quality of life when used in conjunction with Lasix. My little boy passed away today, but I believe this product bought me a few more precious months with my best friend.
