Taste is good. Performs well, i personally like pre to have a little latent y on its “kick.” Nice little 30 minute window. beta alanine could afford to go up. Curious as to contents of specific ingredients as they’re all grouped on the label.

Was recommended buy a trainer friend. It’s okay, but it doesn’t give me the rush I need to push at the gym. Just enough to wake me up so I don’t think the strength is high. It Taste is sour, i like it. If you don’t like sour maybe get another flavor.

This stuff is garbage Two Scoops and didn't even get a boost of energy no beta alanine in this at all did not get one single tingle get more off of a C4 energy drink from the gas station do not waste your money complete garbage product

One sip and I’m kicking flames
This is strong asf. I have a caffeine tolerance. And this kicks good. I drink monster energy drinks on a daily basis. And this stuff is way better than anything I’ve tried in a while. I honestly can’t function without caffeine. Because I find myself lacking interest in everything around me. This is going to be my new go to powder
