This chair arrived today after an aborted delivery yesterday. It looks and feels nice. Assembly of the chair was for the most part, straightforward. The only problem was the "wings". Sadly the picturegram instruction were not clear, or that helpful. To be fair I do have a sight problem and others may find them fine. But after attaching the sliders to the side of the upright back of the chair, it took quite a few attempts to get the sliders to engage to fit the "wings". Once done, all was fine. For me, it feels relatively sturdy and comfy to sit in. You don't sink into it which will be better for getting up. It's not bad for the price in my view.

2 of us put it together, my wife and me. Didn't take long and it is a nice comfotable chair. Also gave us a laugh as the driver put on the order 'left in letterbox'. We took it off him at the front door. The legs have little plasic caps on the screws, they need to come off. The leg screws have a very fine thread on them. May seem as they are not screwing in, just keep at it. It is a very good price and was delivered within 48 hours of the order. The covering is woven cloth and feels substansial.

Wow wow wow Ok start from the beginning.... the seat as two metal slots that the back of the chair slots into. Easy to fit and very secure. The feet are easy to just screw on. The wings got me a little confused .... the wings themselves have a metal bar thing on them and I couldn't work out what to do ... then I realised the metal bar has two parts and you slide one part off and screw that into the sides of the chair, then slot the wing onto the back of the chair with the metal bar. From start to finish it took 10 mins to put together. Ok now the chair itself... no idea what the material is, it feels like velvet but doesn't look velvet... either way it's soft to touch. The seat is quite firm but not hard, if that makes sense. The back has padding in it so the whole chair is super comfy. The arms are low, almost in-line with your legs so if you want a chair that you can lean an arm on, this prob isn't for you. My mum has a bad back and she said this was lovely and comfortable I was very impressed with the chair and the price makes it an absolute bargain I would highly recommend anyone to get this unless you're looking for an everyday chair to lean on the arms Def 5 stars

I am 6ft 2in and 17 stone and this chair easily accommodates my size with room to spare. For my own personal preference I would like it to be a few inches higher, you can buy longer legs for the chair online to make it higher or even put it on wheels if that's what you want. It's incredibly comfortable with a large sponge seat cushion and posture support. It is easy to put together, only the wings on the back of the chair uses a tool (Allen/Hex key), and 4 srews, both the tool and screws are included. It took less than 10 minutes to build.

I bought 2 of this item in April 2025. Last week I sat in the chair and the back leg broke of. I looked at the damage and discovered the leg was screwed in to the plywood frame. The frame is very thin and splintered. There is no way I can mend it. I found the chair to be inadequate and not fit for purpose. They cost me a lot of money and I expected it to last more than 11 months. I do not recommend anyone purchasing these chairs. I have been told the chairs are only guaranteed for 6 months that is not acceptable. I am a OAP and can not afford to replace them. Unsatisfied customer Anita Ward

Nice armchair. Easy enough to put together. Sturdy with a firm springy cushion.
