really good Cream of rice
I love this product as prewo or postworkout meal with protein. Really easy to digest and also is a really good alternative to the classic oat or oat powder for whom with intolerances

Probably great but I couldn't really use it without making it taste bad.

If you only have one scoop/serving the product is smooth creamy and not powdery if you mix it correctly with only one serving of powder. If you use any more than one scoop at a time, expect lumps. (But it’s still edible) Overall it’s a great convenient meal replacement accompanied with a protein shake of your choice.
