Does this help relieve hip pain?

I have age-related arthritis in hips and knees. I sit (in a very expensive office chair) at a computer 8 hours each day. I bought this cushion specifically for work and, for me, it has made a dramatic improvement in how I feel at the end of the day. My back is not as stressed as before and I believe it has contributed to the improvement in my hips. Hope this helps.

It is comfortable but not soft. It's very supportive. I use it in my car because it's old and the seat is broken down. When I first started driving it, I could barely stand up straight when I got out of the car. The cushion solved the problem and it's lasted much longer than I expected, in fact I ordered another so I wouldn't be without it but it's still waiting.
