Dogs Against Anxiety Cards — 50 Anxiety Relief Cards | CBT & Mindfulness Exercises | Calming Gift for Women, Dog Lovers & Kids

I got the Cats Against Anxiety cards for a gift for my son and decided to try the Dogs Against Anxiety cards for myself. I read the product description and reviews so I was not surprised at the small size, slightly smaller than a deck of playing cards. I have a few suggestions for improvement, however. First of all, they need to add a Min Pin. Why are there no Min Pins in this set of cards?! The cards could definitely use some happier looking dogs and Min Pins are the cutest, happiest dogs to be found. The quality of the cards and box could also be improved with laminating. All that aside, the suggestions on front and back of the cards are based on reliable CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques that are effective at reducing anxiety. The small sized cards are made that way intentionally to conveniently fit into a wallet or pocket for use throughout the day. Despite not having Min Pins, happier looking dogs, better quality cards, or a more affordable price, I gave the Dogs Against Anxiety cards 5 stars because they work, if you use them. There is no instruction book but the cards would be great to bring to individual or group therapy sessions. The cards could be the subject of a class or even used in the classroom. There are endless possibilities. They make a great gift if paired with a CBT book or suggestions on how to use them.

A fun and colorful little pocket sized gift for anyone suffering from anxiety. These are helpful little cards and notes that help you feel like you are not alone when you are struggling.

Great collection of cards! I used for my mental support group ! Got great reviews! you can carry a card in your purse, or use as a bookmarker to remind you!

These help my anxiety so much. I pull one card a day bc I have bad anxiety, and they always have helpful tips. And the dogs are adorable.

Pretty cute! They are smaller than expected (which is on me because the size is in the description). The photo made it seem like a much larger card deck. About the size of regular playing cards. One side had a cute phrase with a dog and the other side has actual CBT skills. I think these are pretty great!

Cute gift for my wife for Mother’s Day (dog mom). She loved it! It was funny and a great small size.

I love these cards! I’ve bought this one and the one for comfort. Love the size, perfect for my purse.

Cured my anxiety AND all the dogs anxiety too

This cards are so cute. They give you tips on how to manage anxiety.

Bought for a support group which went down really well, the quality was good, the size is smaller than other available decks but I liked that because I don't like big bulky ones and these are easy to hold and shuffle and use, a little expensive but nicely designed

Worked well for our dog

I bought this for a team member and they loved it! Smaller than expected, so it's perfect for bringing to and from the office.

A cute gift for a dog lover!
