Great stuff, I use it in loads of recipes like my homemade protein bars, it's tasty and gives the recipes a nice softness.

Arrived quickly. Good value for money. Tastes nice.

Love this flour, no oxalate problems. It has slightly different properties so if you are using it for the first time I would look for recipes that specify this flour, you cannot expect it to behave like almond or wheat flour but used appropriately, it will behave as you would wish and give a good result.
