400W Equivalent 6000 Lumens Brightest LED Light Bulb

Purchased these to upgrade the lighting in a 50-year-old house with limited overhead lights and much of the lighting via 50-year-old table lamps. 15 minutes after installing them went back and ordered more for the rest of the house! Six of these will easily light 1,000 ft² PROS This bulb runs cool enough to be used upside down in a totally enclosed light globe without creating dangerous heat. After hours of on time the globe and metal base are cool enough to be safe to the touch. The bulb runs even cooler in a traditional upright lamp application. For a bulb with this much light output the size is very good. The neck is long enough to fit into very old lamps without any clearance issues. The bulb is still short enough to fit inside of some very old ceiling fans that typically have clearance issues with brighter lights. CONS The bulb uses a hollow core design which greatly aids in keeping the bulb cool. However the open top design creates a dark circular shadow and a light output when viewed directly head on. The light output color is extremely white which may be somewhat harsh or off-putting in some areas where a more natural daylight color tone may be desired. These bulbs are super white. The lifespan of this bulb is still to be determined. Paid review: No Would purchase again: Yes

It's so bright and easy on the eyes it just the right lighting was needed in my living room

Great source of lots of lighting

The lighting is awesome. It covers a large area. The problem I have I searched for outdoor lightning and this bulb is thr first one on Amazon that popped up. My bad, I didn't read all of the discriptions which states indoor bulb. The saving grace, it can be used outside in a coach light, which is what I need it for, outside coach light. I only turn it on when I take my dog outside. We don't have any lions or Tiger's, but YES, bears, skunks, wolf's, foxes and cougars around. Hopefully this bulb lasts a long time because of the price, expensive.

Bought this to brighten up my kitchen. Only bought one, to try it out. Wow! I just needed one. This lit up my kitchen perfectly. So I definitely am impressed with the anount of light.

I bought this thinking that it would be brighter than the LED light that I had and it was outside but it was undercover I didn't realize that it had multiple holes I guess for cooling but the bugs got in the holes clogged up the cooling and stopped the bulb from working now I didn't read the directions how many people actually do seeing that it's very long but I don't remember seeing anything about not using it outdoors I wouldn't recommend this product for any outside lighting even if it's covered which mine was. I don't think it lasted a month.

Very bright, easy to use. I bought a similar one over a year ago, still working.

Very bright and nice and white, 6000 lumens

I put these in my garage door opener. Just enough clearance under the cover, and they are BRIGHT. Worth the money. Installed November 15th, 2025. If they don't last, I will update this review.

Base of bulb broke off when screwing in in socket.
