Great product and brand

I have used this product for years. Helps relax me at night and helps me rest well without feeling like I have a hangover in the morning. Recommend using it for a few months then taking a break so your body won't build up a resistance to it.

Why did you choose this product over others?: This is a high quality and strong dose of L-theanine. The dose is far too strong and potent for me but some people might find that to be a good thing. It is very sedating. If I use it I need to break it in half. It's so strong that I don't use it very often but it's good to have on hand just in case.

It works, its a glutamate antagonist. I use it sparingly as needed, so I can trust it works when I need it to.
