Does this work for dark circles?

It didn’t work for untone skin i think works for dark circles

I tried to buy this item 2 times.at first time it came used without free cream.at 2 time was ok but still the other cream is missed.what can i do?

I use this around my eyes and some brown spots that have developed on the sides of my eyes. It has definitely worked and I’ve seen my spots vanish. But be consistent and patient.
