This was great for baking easy to work with and tasted great.

I had been buying a much more expensive 100% cacao product, but tried this one, with excellent results. I melt a few discs in a cup of mildly sweetened strong coffee or espresso to create a sipping chocolate. Result is smooth, rich, and delicious. Reasonable price for a high quality product!

The aroma when I opened the bag was absolutely wonderful - the disks are almost completely uniform and fresh. The smell was so enticing, I immediately popped one in my mouth (and instantly regretted it - they are unsweetened after all).I've used them with stevia sweetener and milk to make sugar-free hot chocolate, brownies which were great, and some triple chocolate cookies which were excellent. Hopefully these will last through the winter and I will definitely buy again.

Great chocolate, easy to use. I make chocolate bars with this and people love it! They do really well with telling you how to temper, however I don't give 5 stars because they don't tell you about humidity. If low humidity the chocolate looks beautiful once set up, but high humidity does do clouding on the bars when in molds. I have learned how to work with it, just would be nice they add that warning/instructions as well.

My wife just loves chocolate, is there any woman who doesn't? I have used these in various receipes and they always turn out great.
