Works for me!
I have natural white/ultra light blonde hair which is also very fine and thin due to medical conditions. Since using this I noticed less hair loss, a big plus. Not sticky and not too much of a shine, however I don't use a lot; I prefer to spray it on my palms and run it through my hair that way, paying special attention to the ends.
