It is made of White Flour- Maida
Ramen noodles are made of Maida- Literally lied in their title it is made of maida and they wrote it as white flour in the ingredient list!

These are definitely not Japanese ramen noodles. They are too think .these noodles are more suited for Chinese cooking. Pls do not buy if you are looking for authentic ramen noodles.

Very smooth and silky ramen noodles! Great texture, chewy and best part is don’t get mushy or break on boiling. Best noodles I’ve ordered so far on Amazon
