Faulty Design & Hard to Operate
As a dedicated gem testing pen designed for jewelers, its usability is extremely bad. The probe of the diamond detector is fragile and unresponsive; you need to press hard repeatedly to trigger detection. The machine heats up quickly after short-time use, which affects the testing effect seriously. Moreover, the instruction manual is vague, and professional detection steps are complicated to master. It fails to meet the basic convenient and efficient testing needs of daily jewelry shops, far below industry professional standards.

It’s not the best there is
It arrived on time and the product looks great, but looks are deceiving because it’s not the best diamond tester you can get. It’s hard to get it to work and when it does work, it works like it should but hard to tell if it’s real diamond or not.
