Banfeng Dog Tennis Ball, 9.5" Giant Sport Gift Toy Herding Ball for Dogs

Our sheep a doodle (65 pounds) wiped out three basketballs, one in less than an hour. I bought this tennis ball expecting nothing. We still have it months later and I’m going to buy another. Not a day goes by that she and I don’t spend a half hour or more kicking this (me) so she can “herd” it at top speed around the yard. If I loaded one of the videos I sent to the grandkids you laugh your xxx off. I’m buying a second one to save me from wearing out chasing the thing to wear ever she herds it to. She can’t bite thru the tough material but I don’t know if a bigger dog could. It’s pretty tough but soft enough fully inflated that it doesn’t hurt her if she manages to leap into the line of fire and takes one broadside. I’m not sure who enjoys this more. The dog loves it. I love it and the fact that I’ve lost more than 10 pounds since we bought this. Probably the answer is that my wife likes it the most cause she gets to sit and watch us like the two nutcases we are! If you I like playing with your dog, buy this thing. I’m 74 years old and haven’t had this much fun since......well, I don’t exactly remember. Btw, I’m also buying one of these for my 76 year old best friend. He doesn’t always remember who I am but he still loves to play with his dog!

This giant tennis ball is a really fun concept, especially for large breed dogs who usually destroy regular sized balls too quickly. The oversized design makes it easy for bigger dogs to engage with, and it’s great for outdoor play, fetch, or just something different from standard toys. That said, it feels more like a novelty item than a truly heavy duty chew toy. While it works well for light to moderate play, it may not hold up long term for aggressive chewers who tend to really go after their toys. Overall, it’s fun and entertaining for big dogs, but better suited for supervised play rather than tough chewing sessions.

I purchased this ball for my 120 LB black lab, who is the destroyer of toys and I had just moved into my ne house, so I was looking for something new to amuse her. When it arrived, I was surprised to find that it is more like an inflatable ball, as opposed to an actual tennis ball. It has a valve stem that you can inflate and deflate the ball as you require. The outside feels like a tennis ball, but it is definitely not as solid or sturdy. SO l Literally inflated it for my dog, gave it to her, and she was super excited by it! Unfortunately, it was lightly punctured by her in the first 15 minutes and deflated most of the way. You would think this is where the story ends, but not exactly. Initially I was upset that it punctured so easily. I was going to return it, however she continued to play with it semi deflated. I think it allowed her to hold it better in her mouth, shake it around and "teach it some respect!" :) (see video) So after several month, this is still her favorite toy and she walks around with it all the time. Other than the initial puncture, it has worn well, it is still in tact, which is impressive for my dog. So while I feel it should not be advertised as a "tennis ball", as it it more like an inflatable ball, my dog still loves it, so that is hwy I am giving it 4 stars The Mad Medic

my dog loves this toy he’s really enjoying it.. the ball is a bright shade of green, like normal tennis balls, lightweight, and super bouncy. We’ve had it for one day and our dog already tore through the top fabric. not saying it’s a bad product, though our pet really enjoys it.

Great product. It’s like they put a tennis ball over a basketball. My boy loves it. He normally pops every ball within 10 minutes or less. So far this has survived a few months. There isn’t any sharp plastic to cut his nose. He can’t get his mouth around it to pop it. The covering makes it softer on his nose. My boy is a Australian Cattle Dog ( Heeler ) and around 50 pounds/ 22.6 kg

This is the best big ball for your dog, even when he tries to pick it up with his teeth it doesn't break, I highly recommend it and the price is fantastic!

My sweet girl saw a dog at the park playing with one of these balls and kept taking it away from him! So I had to come home and order her one. She already put a hole in it, but it could be fixed with superglue. She is thrilled!

This is okay for my dogs. I wanted to find something other than the kids' soccer balls for then to play with. It's a little too large for then to catch so I had to deflate it a good amount. This does not come with a pump to inflate it tho! So be prepared for that. I wouldn't buy this again just because it is too large for how my dogs like to play.

As usual, Amazon parcel arrived sooner than said. Ball come deflated but easy to pump up with attachment that comes with the ball. My dog loves this and herds the ball all around the backyard and is totally spent until the next time

I would strongly recommend this for anyone who has a dog that "destructible" toys are destructible. My four-legged daughter, Coco, has broken over 14 balls this summer. This one she has had the longest! She has a lot of fun with it!
