Missing items
Ordered for a birthday and arrived when stated it would, however it’s not only missing one item but 2. Necklace and bracelet both missing and not sure if birthday girl has ears pierced so a pointless waste of time and money that I now have to return before I get a refund as there was no option for a replacement or just to get the items I am missing.
