Is this rod full of foam? Current one is really hard and so uncomfortable to sleep in

It has foam. Very soft and my daughter sleeps well.

Will it work on Frizzy long hair?

Yes, my hair is very long and curly and it works really well on me. The curls are super defined, it looks as if you were using a straightener or curling iron. I highly recommend it

Are these actually comfortable to sleep in? Have tried other methods of curling before which say they are comfortable to sleep in but they are not!!
