The kit is easy to use and all the pieces are really nice quality

Comes with step by step instructions. I had never put in button snaps prior and was able to do it easily. I used them to replace pants snaps. They were a bit small for this, but I installed two side by side and it worked just fine. Button size is more appropriate to shirt buttons, or small accessory items.

I got this to make chokers. The clasps are sturdy enough but also easy enough to remove one handed.I appreciate that it came with tools. I already had some of my own, but I don't mind spares. The variety of this set is nice as well.

I was skeptical at first, but after I practiced a couple of times I got the hang of it and starting getting pretty good results. Now, I'm walking around the house looking for things to put snaps on. My wife had me put snaps on her shoe straps, and I found a few other items to make with straps as well.My advice would be to warn you that the black colors will be the first ones you use up. The other colors, not so much. If I had a choice, I would buy this again with only the black colors.

The media could not be loaded.  These are great quality snaps. My only issue is when you pound these in with a hammer it can get tricky. When doing the smaller “peg” only use a few pounds or it will get all bumpy on the reverse end. The other side with the “hole” needs many pounds and needs to be directly at a 90 degree angle or it will get lopsided. However, after a few tries, I got it right. Used these to make some felt activities boards for my kids to practice snaps. These are pretty heavy duty & the kit is of good quality.

It was a great price, seem like quality snaps worked well! But the install was difficult. It took a little getting used to to get it right, and the leather I had was pretty thick and this didn’t work great with that. Make sure the leather you use fit the snaps or vice versa!

Really nice kit. Quite easy to use. It took me only 2-3 times before I had the process down pat. I'm sure there are fancier snaps available at higher prices, but if you need utility more than appearance, these are fine. As crazy as it sounds, I hate button shirts. I'm using this kit to replace buttons for snaps on my work shirts. It's hard (at least in my experience) to find study work shirts with snaps. I spend about 5 minutes to "convert" a shirt. My only warning, and this is not the fault of the kit, if the material is lightweight, or worn, use some sort of backing under the back of the snap.

Liked the snaps, but there were no black male nubs, just the long stem in the black.. I just ordered two more sets, hope it is complete as I can't use the black in this set unless you send me the part I need. Same issue as last time 2 sets did not have the male black caps. I want this resolved immediately or I will find another source. That means I have 3 sets that are not useable.........
