To my surprise, unless my taste buds and my nose failed me, there was no strong fish flavor to the noodles. The texture was not bad either. Overall comes to flavor and ease of use - definitely 5 stars. Price could be better, but one can't have it all, I guess. Good, very low calorie count stomach filler in savory dishes. I haven't tried konjac noodles in sweet dishes before, but since these don't smell like fish, I may try it. To those, who haven't eaten konjac noodles - it does take some getting used to, but if you want to lose some fat, it is definitely worth it.

Very good substitute for wheat noodles.

Delicious, followed instructions to rinse well, boil for 3 minutes, drain and stir fry with protein and vegetables plus seasoning with a bit of olive and sesame oil. I did not notice any type of odor prior to rinsing. The noodles seem to be a clean slate to absorb whatever spices appeal to you. I will purchase again. I used two bags for two of us and the amount was perfect. It comes 10 bags in the box. No digestive problems were experienced.

This product is ok, my wife loves it. I gave a 4 stars because for me it has a weird texture but the taste is ok.

Satisfying replacement with a good sauce or in soups. Really helps to rinse well and put in a warm pan to dry cook for a better texture Helps me stay gluten free. No carbs or calories.

Ordered these noodles many times but last box had multiple bad packs. The bad ones were stuck together and I had to throw them away.

Excellent no carb “noodles “. Good texture, no aftertaste, wonderful for filler with vegetables and sauce in Asian or Italian dishes.
