Decent strings, crap picks.
Bought them to play in D-standard. Feel like chunky Super Slinkies. Might be a little heavy all the way up in E-standard but perfect for rhythm. The picks are a bit crap. Just crappy plastic ones with no grip. 1mm picks are okay if your fingers can grip them. I get dry skin so can't always get a good grip.

Great heavy strings
Use them on my old Yamaha Pacifica tuned to open e for slide playing with a glass slide and they sound great. Perfect tone but being that bit heavier they minimise buzz and fret catch
