Firstly before I order, I saw some reviews said that iPhone 6 battery case couldn't be for syncing, I am little worried, luckily this battery case is ok for syncing even I don't use this function frequently. Normally I share data by wifi. Secondly easy to install and uninstall,I took a short video, directions also could be seen inside the battery pack. Thirdly it's a little heavy after installing the battery case, I understand as the battery case is high capacity, an extended battery pack with 5000mAh,

I received one of these for Christmas and it worked great...until it didn't. Once it stopped allowing me to charge my phone while in the case, I had to start removing the phone each time it needed charging. This happened after only a month of using! Because I had to constantly remove and reattach the case, the probe that inserts into the phone broke. Since it was inexpensive, I decided to buy myself another. Again, it worked great until it didn't...after about a month. I sent a message to the company through Amazon 2 weeks ago and have still not heard back from them. I guess it's just another example of getting what you pay for both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Works great and cheaper than others.The extra battery is excellent recharges about 3 times till I need to recharge case and phone again.My iPhone battery is terrible I can’t make it past lunch without the battery case backup.With back up an go 2 days easy

This is a great case as far as the design build and quality. If you take your phone in and out of your case it is a little difficult because of the rigid material it is made of I have used three other battery cases with my phone and I like the feel of this one the most. I will update this if it doesn't hold up as expected.

My phone keeps saying that it’s charging and not charging. As if someone keeps plugging in and unplugging the phone charger. I’ve tried so many other wires and it doesn’t seem to be the wires that are wrong. I think there’s something wrong with my case. But other than that, this is a really nice case. Would recommend to buy. Just wished my case wasn’t defective

I used this product for two months, and it was working great. Then all of a sudden the connection between it and my phone quit working so it will not charge my phone. I have kept my phone in this case the entire time that i have had it, so there is nothing that I have done that may have caused the connection to go bad. Very frustrating!!!

So far, the BEST extended battery case I have ever had. I can be away all day, and while I carry a wall outlet charger and lightning cable, have never had to pull them out since getting this handy gadget. Works better than the over-priced $99 ones of another brand.

Bought this product end of Dec received first of January. Device Worked fine for first 4 months but now lightening cable won’t stay in unit and won’t charge the iPhone without lots of “jiggling”. At times have to hold the cord in a specific position to get it to charge. Product has a two year warranty but can’t find how to Followup on getting replaced.
