I’ve been using this gadget for years now. This time I tried this new brand, but it looks to be the same thing and should work the same. I would definitely recommend for the price. The pouch that comes along with the neckline slimmer tends to be a little small for the device once you install a spring into the device, but other than that, everything is great.

Not as sturdy as I thought it would be, . The bag it comes with is nice to keep it all together but could be bigger. It's okay not the best

Product was defective. Bought this to replace the original one I had for years. When delivered, there was a pink rubber collar flying loose around the package, the markings for lock and unlock didn't exist, and the base wouldn't disconnect from the top to insert the coil. This is like a very flimsy version of what I had before for years. Sent in for return.

This was purchased for my husband who needs to stregnthen his neck muscles. I use it also for toning my neck. Both of us see improvement with it. Such a simple device and the results (of stregnthening) are exactly what he needed. As far as reducing wrinkles for me, I have not experienced that. I've used it for 2 months 3 times per week. I'll increase my usage and update this review if I see a change.

I had the old "As Seen on TV" versions of this back in the day, and they WORKED. I was thrilled to find this available on Amazon recently. Same great results. Remember to "smile" when doing both exercises, and to do the neck with the head facing forward for three set, turned to the left for three sets, and turned to the right for three sets. Then, move to the lower face/open and close mouth for three sets. (SMILE for each rep in each set/exercise.)
