Best ironing board cover I have ever purchased

I was looking for a new iron board cover for a few months but the ones in the stores the patterns weren’t very nice and way more expensive. So I decided to check out Amazon and found this beautiful ironing board cover. I’m so glad that I purchased it. It’s pretty to look at love the pattern but I thought it was interesting that it had a park and turbo zone area so the park zone is where you can rest the iron for at least 10 minutes. I didn’t try that feature, because I can’t imagine leaving my iron face down for 10 minutes and then the turbo zone is for easy gliding. I did try that but I didn’t see much of a difference. The cover is easy to install. I like the durability of it and I feel the elastic band is strong and it fit perfectly smooth on the board. I would definitely buy this again. I think it’s worth the money $17 However, I did purchase the blue one, but for some reason, Amazon sent me this beige gray one I think this color is pretty too so next time I’ll get the blue.

PROS: nice, heavy, ironing board cover. Without a pad it barely fits. CONS: I'm no spring chicken, I've been putting covers on ironing boards for more than 60 years. The Velcro strap on the front is in a bad place, with it facened, you can't close the joaed. Would it raise the price too much (I'd be willing to pay!) to add another inch of fabric to the back:end of the cover so that it would fit the board better???? It is so frustrating. This is more than a one person job, especially with the plastic thingy that is supposed to help tighten it. It really takes two people to make it fit properly, and more than two hands to use that plastic thingy, that is SUPPOSED to make it easier. If you are adding a wool ironing pad underneath, that will make the application much more difficult, if not impossible.to make it fit properly. Please do fit test by someone who actually uses the item.

The ironing board cover fits perfectly on my standard size ironing board. The print color matches my kitchen stainless steel appliances also. It was easy to install on the ironing board. The string helped with fitting the ironing board tightly along with the Velcro straps. Shipping package was neat also. The iron just glided across the fabric so it works great for a hot iron. And the price is marketable for me.

I have high expectations when it comes to quality. This is made by a very high end ironing board company so I chanced it after owning junky covers. This is legit, high quality, thick, fits perfectly and the turbo strip works to make your iron clean from bits of fabric and iron with a newly crisp iron surface. Place it over your old cover to make it even thicker.

Fits well and does the work , but could be better

After using the product, I found no difference compared to the cheaper version I had for so many years. It was not a snug fit and I was not able to achieve the same level of performance as advertised. The turbo section did work as advertised, however I found no difference in the major section and was not able to get the elevated level of results.
