I have been taking them since March last year at 3 a day, just dropped down to 2 a day until my next round of testing due in the next 2 weeks. They Certainly have worked for me. Yes you have to break them in half to swallow but find no problem when swallowing with liquid in fact I swallow 2 halves at once. Delivery as always is prompt (1 day with Prime). It would be nice if you could order larger quantities that might bring the price down but you order 2 bottles of 90 as 1 order, you can of course order multiples but no reduction in price for bulk order. I would order a years' supply at a time. When I get the results back from my Diabetic tests I will probably drop the dosage to 1 per day as advised on the packaging as a maintenance routine. I find these tablets easier to control my intake of plant sterols than go down the Benacol route (Can't stand the taste anyway). I take a 20mg tablet of Atorvastatin daily also but would prefer to stop taking them due to the known side effects hopefully when I get my results I might try stopping them and just carry on with the Sterols even if I need to up the intake to compensate. 3 Tablets maximum per Day!!!

I was surprised the bottles of Plant Sterols arrived the next day. Great service. It's too soon to give results. All research has proved to lower cholesterol. Innopure is a trusted make. I am confident of good results. It was recommended to me by a friend. It is excellent quality at a reasonable price.

Omg this stuff is the business! I had a blood test done and it came back as high for triglycerides which is a substance similar to cholesterol.I was given 3 months to reduce my numbers but I wanted to tackle this with some kind of proper plan.So I bought plant sterols, green tea tablets and cider vinegar tablets. I also stopped eating fat !In Just 3 weeks ( not months)I went from 4.9-2.6 which has stunned my nurse. My ideal number is 1.6 so I’m not far off now.I took the plant sterols at full dose. 3 tablets. ate salads, soups, brown pasta and rice, fruit as much as i liked and it’s working.I intend to smash this figure out of the park in a few more weeks, but so far it’s headed in the right direction fast.My Only gripe is the tablets are hard to swallow seen as their big enough for a horse. So I snap them in half but that still leaves me choking and scraping my throat on occasion.When my numbers are fine I’ll reduce to 1 tablet a day for maintenance only.I can’t thank this wonderful product enough.Delivery fast, value for money given that you get 2 x 90 tablet. Plus you can’t put a price on your health.

The product is good. But asking why are they so big. Breaking in half scratches the throat. I have a large bag I haven’t been to use. Size:HugeQuality:goodValue for money:only if you can swallow them.
