Of all the rub on pain ointments, Tiger Balm is easily my favorite. Its scent isn't as harsh as others like Ben Gay, It also feels less harsh on my skin. I love it, its greatly dependable. It isn't cheap, I'll be honest, but you're definitely getting a quality product.

I happen to love the smell of Tiger balm. Have used it for decades! It has a strong scent which, to me, is very exotic. I love how it takes away the pain and love the pretty little jars that it comes in. The jars are tiny but oh my goodness it lasts a long time. You only need the size of a pea to rub your whole shoulder. It feels warm and cool at the same time and oh so soothing. It just melts into your skin and you can feel it penetrate into your aching muscles. Lol, I sound like a commercial :) Just a side note: I am very sensitive to scents and smells and chemicals. Tiger Balm is not per-fumy but more like walking through a spice market :)

There are several aspects to this review. This would've been a 5-star rating if the seller/manufacturer had responded to my reporting a missing item. Firstly, the description for the product clearly states "Pack of 2", but only 1 arrived in the packaging. When I reported this to Amazon, the directions had me contact the seller directly. I reached out to the seller using their online reporting webpage, and I supplemented that with an identical email. Although I received an initial email from the seller, I never received anything beyond that. After waiting 3 weeks, I reported this again to Amazon, where they offered a partial refund for the missing item. So kudos to Amazon! And sad face emojis for Tiger Balm, U.S., otherwise known as "Prince of Peace Enterprises, Inc." Now on to the product itself. I LOVE this product. It works great! It honestly relieves my muscular back pain, and it actually smells good. I would get this again, but next time, I'll just order a single pack just in case these shenanigans happens again.

This magic balm. This heaven sent magic balm is better than any other topical pain reliever. We all use it at home. Buy it in bulk! So worth the money. Yes, it has a smell, but you won’t care when your pain is gone. My go to before any medications. It lasts a long time.

I'm in love and I don't care who knows it! I'd forgotten about Tiger Balm, and now I'm at that age where there's no telling why I have certain aches and pains in places I never had them before. I personally like the smell because it's got a nostalgic kind of "hippie chic" scent (I know that's an oxymoron, but trust me on this). I hope you can't OD on it because my new nightly ritual is to rub it all around my neck and shoulders when I go to bed because it distracts me from the bad pillow situation I can't seem to get right. It also has a delightful cooling sensation, and isn't messy greasy at all if you rub it in like you're supposed to. The package is travel-friendly (the size of a jar of lip balm), so I'm glad it comes with two (at least mine did). A little goes a long way!
