These were cheap and are cute overall, but I’m constantly having to change them because the gem/stone fall out without fail … I have two nose piercings I use this for so it’s nice that it comes in a pack of 20 so it’s not terrible when I have to change them … it gets the job done though

I bought this pack and ran through them in like two weeks because all of the fake diamond things kept falling out. Is super embarrassing when you're out and about and your friends tell you that your nose looks funny lol I wish I would have read all the reviews. I wouldn't have purchased. Would give negative stars if I could.

The reviews said the stones would fall out but I expected them to stay in for more than a day or two. Otherwise, very comfortable. I love the size and the shininess of the stones. Just wish they would stay in for more than a day. This happened to both me and my daughter.
