The media could not be loaded. This is well worth the money spent to procure this. Once plugged in it is not slow charging when you hook up your device. Very portable and the size is highly functional. Did not come with cords but does have two outlets for USB and one for C. I inadvertently said mini usb during the video. That was in error.

I love how it’s much lighter than my old power bank. it’s also slim than my old power bank. I absolutely love the color. I do like the brand belkin. I have had different products from belkin before in the past. Would recommend this power bank. To have a good power bank on the go. I’m always on the go. I wouldn't want to be plugged into the wall all the time.

I have been using Belkin battery packs for over a decade. My old one finally stopped charging fully so I decided to replace it with a new one. This one is designed sleeker, slimmer and lighter. Charges quickly and fits into my belt bag perfectly! Very easy to travel with and charge on the go! Very reliable! I liked it so much that I ordered a second one for my husband!

I almost returned this because I plugged it into my phone charger, to charge it, and it stayed at one light for hours (out of 4 which would light up when it's fully charged.) I took the chance of trying a different charger. It seems to charge up just fine when you use an older style slow charger. It did not take a charge when using a Samsung fast charger.Also if you are considering buying this one, please closely read the specs. If you need higher electrical capacity, you might have to buy a different brand or model.

Reliable and good quality

This is my go-to travel charger. I've had 5 or 6 at this point. Not because they go bad....because I lose them or a family member borrows and never returns.I have to keep a drop resistant case on my phone (i am rough on phones) so chargers that magnetically attach won't work. I like this one because it fits next to my phone in my pocket or bag and isn't too large. It will also charge my phone (samsung s23) 2 full charges and headphones 2 full charges (shokz open run pro). My husband's iPhone 13 will get at least 2 full charges also.For reference, I tried these at an amusement park in Florida. I make freaquent solo trips, so I charged my phone (@15%) with belkin charger the morning of ....I listen to my phone (Bluetooth headset), use maps, take photos, text, and read emails the entire day. At 15% I recharged for the second time that day. Charger was down to 2 bars/lights after 2nd charge. Headphones went down and I charged them. Phone was at 25% and managed to get the phone to 86% before being completely drained.I can't remember how long it takes to charge from empty, sorry...next review I'll include that.

Think I likely got a bad backup. Box says it comes charged, ready for use. It was totally dead. Took forever to charge all the way and losses a lot of charge overnight. I know all backups discharge some even when not in use, but not like this. Not sure if it was sitting at the warehouse so longe it went back or what, but likely will be returning this if I continue to have this rapid discharge issue.
