Cheeeeeeseeee!
The Foodrella Korean Taste Crispy Fried Chicken Cheese Seasoning Mix has completely transformed my homemade fried chicken nights. From the moment I opened the bag, the rich aroma of cheddar and cream cheese was irresistible, and it only got better once it hit the fryer. The coating fries up beautifully golden and perfectly crispy, with just the right balance of savory crunch and cheesy flavor that clings to every bite. Itโs pre-seasoned to perfection, so thereโs no guesswork โ just mix, coat, and fry for results that taste like they came straight from a Korean fried chicken shop. Iโve also sprinkled the seasoning on fries and popcorn, and itโs just as addictive. The texture stays crisp even after cooling, and the flavor is bold without being overpowering. For anyone who loves authentic Korean-style fried chicken with a cheesy twist, this mix is an absolute must-have in the pantry.

Great for Fried Chicken
Super delicious. Iโm just suspicious about all the ingredients listed in the back. Would recommend eating occasionally and not frequently.

YES
I recommend anyone buying if you like Korean style Snow Cheese coated chicken wings. Sweet and umami. Well worth it. Iโm definitely getting more.

Similar to what I had in Korea
I had this cheese seasoning powder in Korea and have been looking for it ever since...this is very close to the real thing! I tossed chicken wings in this or top fried chicken. It's excellent. I only wish it was possible to get a smaller bag...this is quite large and will likely last a long time!

Weirdly good
I ordered the cheese seasoning assuming it would be something like the cheese powder you get for popcorn, or maybe the sauce mix for macaroni and cheese in a box. It is neither of these. Upon opening the bag I was greeted by a wonderful cheesy aroma that lead me to believe it was like one of those mentioned products, so I wet a finger and dipped it in to taste it and... horror, it was a sickly sweet taste that I honestly recoiled from, it was disgusting. I was annoyed because I absolutely love cheese popcorn and this bag would keep me in cheesy popcorn for half my remaining years on this earth as big as it is, but no, it was gross. The ingredients showed me the issue in that the number one ingredient in in the cheese mix was corn syrup. Sugar. Regardless, I decided to give it awhile and try it on some other things though, tasting it by itself might not be doing it right. So I tried it on some plain popcorn and it actually kinda worked, it's like someone mixed the white cheddar popcorn with the kettle corn or something, weird, but good. I then tried it on some air fried chicken wings and it was honestly great, like a cheesy take on sweet & sour sauce almost, where you got a mildly cheesy flavor instead of apricot. While I was initially disappointed because it wasn't at all what I expected, thinking about it and the predilections of Korean street food, things like grilled cheese sandwiches with strawberry jam in them, maybe I just needed to try it with something savory and it'd come out better, and that was indeed the case. This is some interesting seasoning that deserves a try if you're curious, but it also needs to be used in the right contexts to be properly enjoyed.

Korean snow cheese
Love these I make my fried chicken and after I double fry our chicken then I top the cheese with it (but not too much).
