Great USB-C monitor, with terrible speakers
This monitor works pretty well and is easy to setup. I noticed two issues. 1) most importantly, the speakers are pretty bad. I wasn’t expecting much from them, but they are much worse than my laptop speakers. If you are looking to use the speakers on this monitor, be aware that they are very quiet and tinny. And 2) a minor issue that when in portrait, and turned counter-clockwise, the screen is slightly off-center, as if it needs to support turning a degree or two more.Outside of that, the screen is great (I have even purchased a second one). The USB port on the back works great, I have my keyboard plugged into it. My laptop, which uses a 65 watt charger, is able to be charged my the monitors USB-C connector.

I have been using Dell monitors for over 20 years (even when they weighed what seemed like 40 pounds). Every single time I buy some other brand, it only lasts a couple years at most. My set of 24 inch screens I had for 10 years and the only reason I replaced them was to get more screen space.The Dell S2722DC Monitors provide exceptional clarity and also keep up with the games I play (Need for Speed, and Flight Simulator 2020 & 2024). They do not get hot and seem to be more power efficient than my previous monitors, and come with the same settings controls I have come to enjoy over the years.These worked great with the Vivo dual monitor stand as well.I got these while they were on sale so they are a very good value for what I spent.The only strangeness to these screens is sometimes there is some flickering, but it does not happen during game plan or during critical operations (I work from home). It might be the cables I used as they are due for replacement (non-Dell cables).I have plugged my laptop into one of these, as well as another desktop and haven't had any compatibility issues.I'm shocked at the difference between a 24 and a 27 inch screen. These monitors are just amazing. I have had them for several months now and they really fit the bill for what I needed.

I've been out of the extra monitor game for a while since I've had an iMac, but holy moly this thing is amazing. Took like 30 seconds to set up, relatively easy to maneuver. Super bright. Easy to connect to my Macbook, both hardware and the controls. I honestly didn't relize monitors these days were this easy or I wouldn't done this along time ago.

New version was supplied when I wanted it to match the older version I had.
I wanted the old version advertised to match existing monitor side by side but got the updated version. Normally I’d be chuffed, but the slightly different chassis not matching existing unit bothers me from time to time. Nothing technically wrong with it, and I recommend it if your use case fits.

Beautiful monitor, stellar resolution. I was looking for a new screen to complete my WFH arrangement that was adjustable to avoid neck and shoulder kinks. I originally thought it had a steel back based on the pictures but it's in fact white plastic. Was a bit disappointed about that but not as much of an eyesore as I thought it would be. Warms up the space nicely. Very happy with my purchase.
