My daugther is 7 and has a booty and a lil thick. I got her the 8-10 and it was fine however now she is either growing more or chonies have shrunk because they are crawling in her butt. Hope this helps

These are just regular girls underwear. They have a thin lining in the crotch as most normal panties do.

In my opinion, no, they are not thick. They are cotton, very breathable - think T-shirt material. They are also not airy and thin like common non-cotton underwear.
