Delicious taste vegan eggs
I have been reaching for a vegan egg that taste like eggs. Now having a egg allgery, these are better then the other brands I was buying. I'm very pleased with them. Easy prep great for omelets. Not much of a smell, taste delicious, easy to prep. I highly recommend them. You can add anything to them.

Terrible taste, passable texture
Terribly salty and unappealing taste. I'm going to try and water down the recipe beyond the instructions to salvage this product. Following the directions will leave you with a salty, mushy, and disappointing mess. Will not buy again. Sucks I can't return it.

Honestly disgusting, disappointing
I couldn't even eat it. It tastes like chickpea flour, so if you aren't sensitive to that taste maybe it wouldn't bother you.I tried to fix the flavor with some black salt and nooch the second time, just it to give it a fair chance since it's in my pantry. Still could taste the very prominent flavor. It's so gross and had a very gooey consistency. I asked a couple of my roommates too, and they took a bite and spit it out.If the taste doesn't bother you it seems like it might be good in baking too. But I honestly won't use it again. 🤢I usually just make my own mix or use "just egg". I think I'll try a couple more dry pantry products if I can find any without chickpeas in it.

Wanted to like this, but I don’t
I really like the company’s beef analogue. It’s very good and compares favourably with Beyond Meat, both in price and quality. However, the egg substitute isn’t nearly as good. Flavour-wise, it’s ok, but very similar to instant hollandaise sauce, which isn’t bad but it’s not really egg-like. I found mixing the powder and water produced a kind of creamy pancake. I was unable to get it to the state of being able to fold it like an omelette without it breaking apart. Perhaps this takes some practice, but it just didn’t hold together. I ended up treating it like scrambled eggs and that’s when it appeared more egg-like. But at this price for what is essentially chickpea flour, it’s a poor substitute for real eggs.As a comparison I tried it against Just Egg, which is considerably more expensive per serving. I was able to gently fold that product but it’s just too expensive to keep using it. It would easily cost $15-20 a week, assuming an “egg” a day. DIY is more economical but the result is less satisfying.

best as a scrambled egg substitute
I love the taste of this plant-based egg formula. I scramble it with spinach, plant-based sausage crumble and plant-based shredded cheese every morning for a slightly salty, greasy fix, without any cholesterol, and definitely without any guilt. This formula can work for omelettes - decrease water, increase cooking time - but it's really best as a scrambled egg alternative. My only misgiving is it's a bit light on nutrients. I think pea protein, fiber, B12, Zinc, Iron and probably Vitamin C should be added, like so many other plant-based products. But whatever. I'm happy with this formula. I don't see myself eating actual eggs any time soon.

Not for me (egg alternative for a backpacker)
I really tried to like the product as a potential egg alternative for backpacking since it's cheaper than dehydrated eggs, but the taste and texture disappointed me.I tried the recipe on the package (which was quick and easy to do) and wasn't impress by the final product : still raw in the middle even if it was thin like a pancake even after doubling the cooking time on my second attempt. It is really salty and I just don't personally liked the taste (hollandaise like which is not what I was expecting).I also tried the product with veggies and cheese and got the same results.Maybe it is a good product to add in stuff, but for eating as a breakfast, I would go with dehydrated eggs.So if you're looking for an "egg feel experience" maybe look for something else.

Amazing Texture, but use COLD WATER
Great product and the texture is a lot like eggs. I love making omelets out of this stuff. It's really easy to prepare. It doesn't take long, and like the DIY burger it lasts forever. I'm not a vegan myself, but I try to eat meat free as much as possible for the environment, and I love how I can always have some of this stuff around incase I have a craving or I'm entertaining a vegan friend of mine. It's also super light so I know it's good for the environment when shipping as well. I recommend omelets because the "mouth feel" is really the best part of the product. When I stuff a DIY Egg omelet with mushrooms, vegan cheese, and some hot sauce it really is amazing.

will not work
This product ends up being tasteless yellow mush. Garbage. Do not waist your money.
