I’ve used many different fertilizers over the years, but Osmocote PLUS has become my go-to for all my garden beds, fruit trees, and indoor plants. I garden year-round in Southern California (specifically in Zone 9B now that we've moved), and this product consistently gives me the healthiest growth with absolutely no burn. What I love most is how simple it is. You just sprinkle the granules into the soil, mix lightly, and that’s it! The plants get fed slowly for months. No messy liquids, no mixing, no bad odor, the color is earthly like grains, and no guessing if I’m overdoing it. My personal results are similar, although when we relocated/moved, I had to plant more fruit trees, and so glad this Osmocote Smart Release Plant Food is very dependable. -Stronger growth in my fruit trees (lemons, tangerines, nectaplums, apples, etc.) and my vegetable garden. -Healthier soil and faster seedling establishment -Greener, fuller plants with less work -Truly zero burn, even in hot weather I just bought a fresh bag for my winter planting, and it’s the easiest fertilizer I would recommend.

If you love plants, this is an easy way to fertilize them! You just sprinkle a little on the soil around your plant and the beads break down over several months. It works much better than mixing a fertilizer or adding a product to your watering. It’s super easy to apply and it works wonders!

I was recommended this plant food by my local nursery. I'm on my 3rd bag now and it seems to work great. I haven't had it burn any plants, and they all seem to be doing well with it. The price is good, considering it's slow release and lasts quite a while.

This item came highly recommended by my neighbor who worked at a nursery. We had a magnolia tree that hardly blossomed after several years after being planted. The next Spring came around and there was a plethora of blossom and leaves. It really helped.

The slow‑release formula keeps things steady and I don’t have to fertilize often, which is a big plus. My plants are greener and seem more vigorous than before I started using it. My only small issue is that the recommended amount on the bag felt a bit strong for some of my smaller pots I ended up adjusting it a little to avoid excess fertilizer. Otherwise, it’s an effective and convenient choice for general plant feeding.

Revising review. This is a great product. But I couod not open container - I had to put it upside down in a bowl of hot water to get the lid to open. Otherwise is working well in my plants. Very easy to use. And it says it won’t burn. Fingers crossed.

Use this for regular watering while using liquid fertilizer every 3-4 weeks. This does a great job since my soil mix is very light on nutrients since need very fast draining soild for desert roses. This works great for the weekly watering cycles.
