VitaCup Perfect Low Acid USDA Organic Dark Roast Coffee Pods, 16ct

Ever since having my gallbladder removed two years ago, I’ve struggled with GERD, and recently I realized coffee was a major trigger to my increasing tummy troubles. As someone who loves several strong, dark cups of coffee a day, that was honestly disappointing. So I started searching for a low-acid option that didn’t sacrifice flavor. After trying several highly recommended brands that fell short in boldness, richness, or overall taste, this one has been the clear winner. It delivers a smooth yet bold, flavorful, aromatic, full-bodied cup of coffee without the harsh acidity. By far the best low-acid coffee I’ve found. It’s a bit more pricey than others, but it’s 100% worth the extra cost to start my day off with a smile and no tummy issues!!

It really is easy on the stomach, less acid than normal coffee. Tastes delicious. Great flavor and aroma. Would definitely buy again.

The coffee was good but the packing and shipping was terrible. Item was shipped only in its thin paper board package, no box to protect it. It was crushed and torn open when it arrived. Luckily the pods were not damaged or I’d have returned the order.

I love these pods. I use little filters and the coffee comes out perfect. The low acid is real. I don’t get my normal tummy burning that I get from my hubby’s coffee. I like the flavor over other low acid coffees too. I will continue to buy it.

This flavor is very bitter and strong. The sealing on the pod is tough and I had to push hard on my coffee maker to get it to puncture, but there were no grounds in my coffee. If you like steong bitter coffee you’ll like this.

This low avid coffee is actually pretty good. It does not upset my stomach and now I can enjoy coffee again!

The coffee itself is actually very good, and my mother really enjoys it, but the pods are absolutely horrible. At this point, I don’t know if there’s a serious quality control problem or if we’ve somehow had unbelievably bad luck with every order, but roughly every third pod splits open during brewing and creates a complete mess. Every single order I’ve placed has contained multiple defective pods that burst at the seam while brewing. This coffee is not cheap, and throwing away cup after cup because of faulty pods is unacceptable. I can understand an occasional defective pod slipping through, but this has become ridiculous. This morning was the final straw when two pods in a row exploded at the seam. Clearly there is little to no consistency in quality control. I’m done wasting money on a product that cannot even perform its most basic function reliably. I will not be ordering this again.

I love coffee - all coffee! Unfortunately, and as of late, it doesn't always love me back. It is a smooth and flavorful brew that delivers everything except acid indigestion. Thank you, VitaCup!
