Ich habe er überhaupt nicht vertragen: GLA ist hochaktiv → bei Mastzell-Empfindlichkeit kann es: • Histaminfreisetzung triggern • Hautreaktionen verstärken • bestehende Sensitivität eskalieren. Ich hatte starke Augenreizung, Magen-Darm-Beschwerden und nässenden Hautausschlag nach nur 1 Kapsel.
