I bought these on prime day or some other sale fairly impulsively. They look and feel quite nice and I haven't broken any of them after several years of regular use. They work well for holding any sauce, dip, or small side. I also frequently use them for mise en place for small ingredients since most things are easy to clean off them (oily things take a bit of effort). I have found them excellent for microwaving flavored butters (dice some hot peppers, garlic, or shallots and microwave them till butter is melted and you'll have something almost as good as doing it slower in a pan). While the advertisement indicates the handle is good for pouring, I've found that to be minorly annoying and slow (and only tried a few times as a result, would not personally recommend for anything more viscous than water). I would not buy them at full price, but they're a good product well worth it on a moderate sale.

These small dishes are just the right size for individual dishes for dressing or other dipping sauces. They are even a good size for a spoon rest. The handle is useful for holding while using if needed. They stack and take up very little room in a cabinet or drawer. They are a nice-looking design and fit with other dishes. They are easy to wash. I threw them in the dishwasher, and they are microwave safe. I would recommend them for those needing an individual size dipping dish.

I originally bought these “soy sauce” dishes for chili garlic sauce but, as with all DOWAN purchases, soon found that they were great for lots of things: mixing together soy sauce and wasabi for sashimi, reserving a small serving of vegetables (e.g., corn kernels) off to the side, even holding some water in the microwave to act as a “dummy load” or buffer while reheating pizza. They also work well for snacks—they’re the perfect size for, say, some almonds or sunflower seeds to munch on while at your desk, reading product reviews on Amazon. (Don’t you wish you had some right now?) I’ve even used them for melting a bit of chocolate in the microwave to drizzle over ice cream. And, obviously, they’re great for condiments—mayo, pesto, salsa, etc. And the little handle is surprisingly handy—heat up something and the handle makes it easy to grab. All in all, a great purchase.

they are small but very elegant item. for me to use every time I need it is great, even better if you have company. people ask me where I got them and how they can order some.

These are great for what we needed... A dish for sauce on dim sum night. They look great and are the perfect size, only reason for the 4 star rating is 1 of the dishes came chipped.

Love these condiment dishes. I use for different purposes…Warm cocoa butter, keep little trinkets, and sauces and condiments!! Love them.

These are the perfect sauce bowl as some reviewers have said. I was looking for something to hold a portion of sauce or condiment for one person. It’s super cute, easy handle with the spout and makes sharing guacamole with guests much neater by minimize double-dipping. What I liked most is that the bowls were deep, heavy enough to stay sturdy on a level surface without wobbling over, all in a mini size that does not take up too much space on the table. Love!

These are so cute! I use them for all kinds of dips and sauces, not only sushi sauces. Very handy! Well made.
