I had high hopes for this product at over £40 but unfortunately I can’t use it and am not eligible for a refund.The product is advertised as coming with a branded sealed bag to prove that it hasn’t been tampered with / used and it actually came loose in a box (see pictures). For a premium product / price I had expected better service and having bought it under the proviso that it was brand new, I can’t guarantee that it’s safe for use / hasn’t been used.
