Burt's Bees 100% Natural Moisturizing Lip Shimmer, Plum - 1 Tube

This Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer perfectly combines the features of a minty, moisturizing chapstick and a rich lipstick. Unlike many of the tinted lip balms on the market that have more faded pigments, this Lip Shimmer has a full, deep color, and the Plum shade that I chose easily rivals the rich burgundy pigment of a full-on lipstick. True to color. The plum is rich and looks very pretty on African American skin tones.

bought plum. nice peppermint taste/smell. Really pretty color and more pigmented than I expected for a balm but the color doesn’t even stay through a can of soda, completely gone, no trace of any color left. Pretty for a few minutes. Probably won’t buy again :( otherwise it was perfect lip balm with excellent color. goes on smooth, not tacky or waxy.

This product works well to give your lips some color that stays on, but isn’t heavy like lipstick

I like this one. Cherry refers to color not flavor. This feels minty which I love. The red skews a tad on the orangey side versus pink. It glides on so smoothly and the color is light. But you can build it up to make it darker. I used to use the BB crayon. This has a little more oil in it than the crayon. The crayon was a bit dryer. This one feels a little like Carmex with the menthol cooling effect but without the mediciney-feel. This also has a little shimmer. But the shimmer is subtle and not glittery in any way. I would buy this again, but I’d go pinker for my skin tones.

This makes your lips feel soft and the color coverage is good. I usually blot it to get a more natural look. Fig is a great color but plum is nice too, it’s a little darker.

It helps me moisturize my lips and the color is perfect.

A mi me va perfecto por que los labiales me secan los labios y se les va el color, este al ser chapstick funciona de maravilla por que mne da color sin resecar, inclusive hidrata. muy recomendable.

Bought two of these (different colours) and love the shades and the product itself. The shimmer is quite sticky and stays on. The tube is quite small but I’m not mad about that as I anyway tend to let my lip products sit for months. My biggest gripe is that the product doesn’t go back down when you twist the bottom the other way. You have to push it down with your finger. This is a big deal as it a hygiene risk. Because of this I won’t be buying this product again, even though otherwise I really like it. Peace

My most favourite glossy lip gloss! I love the flavour and it has no aftertaste! Burt Bees for the win!
