Helpful Supplement
I've been taking this product for 2 weeks and here's what I've noticed: It's been fairly easy on my stomach and I haven't had any side affects. I take it while I'm eating dinner. I'm not certain if it's aiding in my weight loss yet, but the anti inflammatory benefits have improved my health quite noticeably in a short amount of time. I will purchase this product again.

Side Affects
I liked this product because it works but I think, just my opinion, that with the immense dose of berberine that the formula should also include triphala because it bunged me up solid until I got triphala which worked wonders. I found in the info pages and also from AI that the most common side affect of berberine is constipation. After remedying this problem my results where/are a drop in my a1c and also my cholesterol and blood pressure dropped with the addition of bergamot.

CLEAR THE PATH!!!
I bought this because i read that these ingredients are great for helping weight loss. Now after taking one or two a day for 3 or 4 days my #2 became VERY ...uhm ... 'runny' and... difficult to manage. Not the path to weight loss i was expecting, So after some experimentation i take no more than 1 a week and wont be refilling. Your milage may vary, but just know what you're getting into!

Be aware, do not recommend!
Once we opened the jar cap a lot of dark contamination we found inside of the cap. This says a lot about the manufacturer, we hesitate to use such supplement due to hygiene and safety precautions. Since the open jar we can not return and ask for refund, we felt like weโre taken advantage off. Do not recommend this supplement, be aware!

Good Stuff! Works well.
I take Berberine HCL as recommended by my alternative health doctor. Very good supplement if you need it. This brand is very powerful and economic since I only take one capsule a day now.

Seems to be working
I like this supplement. It seems to be helping with my appetite (no sugar or carb cravings) and no side effects. It has helped in belly fat loss. This has always been difficult for me so very happy. The pills are clear gelatin and are average size. I have no issues swallowing them. I recommend.
