I use this shampoo for my seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and this shampoo has helped my scalp immensely. The price is very reasonable for the amount in a bottle, one 16oz bottle lasts me approximately 1 year with using it 2-3 times a week. The shampoo doesn't have a pleasant smell of course, but it's to be expected with this shampoo.

Works exactly like the name brand TGel shampoo. But at a much more affordable price. Huge bottles compared to other name brand.

This is the only stuff that has helped my dry, itchy scalp. I have struggled with psoriasis on my scalp my whole life. I have tried so many different shampoos. Most of them would help a little but not enough. This one helped drastically right away. The shampoo has a sharp, strong smell that takes some getting used to but it truly works! My scalp is noticeably less flaky and irritated. My hair also feels healthier and moisturized, especially my roots which were breaking in some spots. This coal tar shampoo has worked wonders for me, I'm so glad I found it!

This shampoo is definitely effective for psoriasis flare-ups and has helped reduce the itching, flaking, and irritation on my husband’s scalp. After just a few uses, be noticed a big improvement and much less buildup. The only downside is the smell, it’s pretty strong and not the most pleasant. However, because it works so well, he can overlook that. He usually follow it with a good-smelling conditioner which helps. If you’re looking for something that actually helps with scalp psoriasis, this is worth trying even if the scent isn’t the best.

I don't have dandruff, but I do have a dry hair and itchy scalp. This shampoo, which I use daily, has corrected my problem with an itchy scalp.

I don’t normally do reviews but this stuff actually works. I was hesitant at first, but after reading other reviews i decided to get it. it cleared my flakes up within 2 weeks of consistent use. the actual smell of it stinks but i dont even care because my head doesnt itch and im not embarrassed to go out in public anymore! Def worth the buy!

This has worked well for me since I can no longer find TGel around me. The price is good. The smell is about what you'd expect for coal tar shampoo lol Definitely provides scalp relief the same as TGel. If you're used to TGel, the consistency is a little thicker. It's not bad or anything. Just different. The 16 oz. bottle lasts me several months even with regular usage.

This is great as a shampoo and for an all-over your sweet epidermis body wash. As I live in a rural area, it kills any ticks that have hopped on for a ride. A nice scent too.

Excelente tengo un poco de psoriasis en el cuero cabelludo y me a ayudado bastante el shampoo.

Muy bien shampoo para pelo graso, yo lo uso una vez por semana, pero se puede usar hasta dos veces por semana. Muy parecido a T-Gel de Neutrogena. Es shampoo terapéutico y con poco shampoo ajusta muy bien.

Context: Long Time T-Gel User and had to look for alternatives to replace it. I held off for a few weeks prior to putting in a review. The product is almost identical to the TGel. The performance and output is exactly the same and works perfectly well on me. Highly recommend if you are coming from Neutrogena's T-Gel.

I trust and highly recommend this product. It has the same effectiveness of premium brands but much affordable. I hope they will start selling here in Dubai Pharmacies.
