It's ok for the price
I won't criticize the quality of the flag material because expecting something better for such a small amount of money would be unfair. However, here are some points I noticed:- The quality is average. It's probably okay for outdoor use, but it's unclear how long it will last.- It's painted fabric, not stitched from two pieces of differently coloured material. Again, I don't know how long this paint will hold up.- The attachments and rings are generally ok.- The flag needs good ironing before use. The fabric wrinkles easily, so just bear in mind.

Lasted a whole year outside in all kinds of weather, only got ripped in a big storm. Definitely buying again (in a year).
