Bought two on these 20 Ton jacks to raise up this 40 ft shipping container. I place 11 railroad ties underneath, so it would be off the ground. Both 20 Ton jacks worked like a champ. Very robust and very easy to use. Well worth the money…

Worked great, no issues with shipping.There was a little rust on the top threads but for ~$40 I'm not too concerned about a little rust.Didn't have to bleed or do anything special, just unboxed it and started using it.I'd definitely buy another one.

The jack was delivered very carefully by the Amazon driver (I watched him set the package down gently). There was an outer Amazon box and the boxed jack inside, with bubble packaging to keep it from banging around. The jack box was new and undamaged, and the jack inside was perfect, no oil leaks, no missing or damaged parts. And it worked straight out of the box - I was able to use it immediately. I do appreciate the other reviews indicating that shipping damage can happen so I carefully unboxed it, and was pleased at the shipment quality.The jack worked flawlessly. I used it to jack up a sagging deck to install piers. I had very little clearance (less than 12") and was able to easily operate the jack handle (using only two of the three handle parts) and effortlessly raise the deck 4".As other reviews note, there is force required to push the plunger back in the bottle, it was more than I could muster while lying down under a deck with very small clearance. I was able to maneuver it enough to get it out after supporting the weight with piers, but it took some wiggling and leverage. Once the jack was pulled out from other the deck, I was able to retract the plunger by standing on it with one foot - it did not take excessive force or jumping, just a patient lean.Overall this jack arrived in great condition, performed excellently for what I needed, and exceeded my expectations after reading the reviews here. I am happy with this product and Amazon's delivery.

The jack works as it should. However, the flimsy box that held this fairly heavy jack was tore and the handle had fallen out somewhere in shipping. Other than that, it was a good value.

I read the reviews, and I purchased 3 of these.All three arrived via UPS, and all three were not full of oil. Two of them had clearly leaked in transit. I bought hydraulic oil, and filled primed them per the instructions. One was more stubborn than the others, but that one was almost empty of oil when it arrived.When they are correctly purged of air they work just fine. Iifted my two story stairway, to put in some better supports. These had no problems with that task.

It raised up once and has since then not gone up pass first level. Hydraulic system not working properly should have sent it back and purchased a better unit

Was not sure what I bought. Was pleasantly surprised at the build quality in including the handle. With all these jacks, you only get about 80% of what they rate them. At 12 tons it's ready to come apart. Very happy with this one. My 4 ton was a pile of junk.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing.A few pumps on the handle and my 65' trailer was going up to be leveled easily.I was apprehensive about leveling my trailer and this product made quick work of it.The price was very affordable, making this purchase a no-brainer in hindsight. Thanks

I bought this jack, and kept it till the need arise, when I tried to use it for the first time it didn't work, I tried bleeding it and every way still no luck

Works well but would be nice if jack extended further. Reasonable in price.
