I had used these a lot! They are very durable and each band is a different weight and they worked great. Perfect for at home workouts!

This product does what it says it will do, it is a good addition to any workout routine. Everything came included as advertised. The e-book goes to your e-mail (that's on file with amazon). I like that there are different resistant bands, making it easier to increase the workouts, and that the instructions are easy to follow, leading to great workout suggestions. Great product.

I thought I was purchasing the same bands I used at PT but these bands are a bit longer which makes them less useful to me now that PT is complete. If they were a few inches shorter they would be great - or longer and then I could double them up. They are very sturdy and will last a long time - just not getting to use them as I had hoped.

These are wonderful and good quality. They arrived fast and I love that they have a carrying case so they don't get lost. I look forward to using them when I travel. I am using them at home to help with my injury. They are marked perfectly so its easy to use and no mistake on the weight or resistance. What an incredible product that is easy, versatile, light weight and can fit anywhere. May get a few more of these to give as gifts!

After being advised to buy a 3-band set, we looked on Amazon and found this 5-band set with exercise routines for at a lower cost. My wife and I are beginners, but there are bands up to strength for experienced users. Very comfortable.

I bought these bands and they accidentally got packed away and forgot about til about 2 months ago. I've been using them every other day since I found them again (approx 8 weeks ago). I really like them. They are a good workout. I started noticing a difference on my arms after a week. I would like to give 5 stars but after using them for these past 8 weeks, 2 of them have snapped.

These Bands are great! Love that they come with a drawstring storage bag. They are packaged nicely and include an exercise pamphlet with examples of workouts to use them with. Very durable and sturdy, perfect addition to my workouts. They have a balloon like smell, but it isn’t overpowering. I will definitely order again!

I Really like these bands. I use them for exercises I do for physical therapy. They give me a lot more resistance, so my excersizes are more effective. I also really like the storage pouch they come in. It helps them stay together as I use different bands for different exercises.

Love the bands, especially for the amazing sale price! Stay securely on your body and have a nice smooth rubber that doesn’t cut in. No white marks. Useful little workout booklet as well if you’re a beginner. Nice carry bag too. Really added another dimension to my workouts, love them!
