Casual Home Trek Folding Natural Kitchen Cart, 27" W

My apartment kitchen really lacks counter space so I always want some sort of a island as a prepping area. But I didn't want to buy a regular island as I don't have the space. This is the ultimate perfect solution. I can open it when cooking and fold it up once done. The wood quality is great; all the folding mechanism works well too. But I wish there's an easier way to have it be able to stand if you choose to have the wheels. Once folded up, it is top heavy and is easy to tip over. It has fallen a few times just having it lean against the wall.

This cart was very easy to put together, the wood is very nice and makes a nice functional addition to the kitchen. One piece of the wood support is split and needed to be glued, there was also an insert to hold the wheels that was missing. All considered, it is a good buy.

I love the height. As I'm 6'1', with the wheels on the base the height of the top working area is 37", it's perfect for me as I don't have to bend to use it. The surface area is approximately 27 x 19 which is a nice amount of prep space. Also love the look it's wood! // Also there is a generous amount of storage space on the two lower racks. A must for me as my studio has a shortage of cabinets and counter space. // I like being able to move it easily, as I have a very small space, a long with the fact that I can empty it and fold it up to carry or just to store. Perfect for an able bodied person to move on their own. It is functional and sturdy. It does wiggle a bit, but for food prep it's not a big deal. This is the difference between a more permanent cabinet and a folding counter with wheels. // I would buy this again! The product came in damaged with a cracked main frame even with added protection and good packaging. It was slso missing the cart wheel casters, instruction manual and hardware screws to mount the push handle to the cart. I contacted the vendor and got a negative response to deal with Amazon instead. Unreal customer support. It is their product and the item is too bulky to return and likely will not fit back in the original packaging for return.

I am very impressed with this kitchen island. I purchased two of them: one serves as a kitchen island and the other as a storage table and shelf. I do not have enough cabinet space, so these pieces have been a perfect solution. They provide both storage and a functional workspace without taking up too much room. The pictures and description on the listing are accurate. The quality is excellent, and the hardwood top looks beautiful in person. Assembly was easy and took less than an hour. It arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well, with all parts and hardware included, so there were no delays or missing components. Overall, this is a lovely and practical addition to any kitchen. It offers durability, attractive design, useful extra storage, and thoughtful packaging, making it a purchase I am very pleased with.
