The materials and workmanship are perfect!!!

This Fascinator made from real Peacock Feathers was so wonderful that it won FIRST PRIZE for the Best Hat at our Condo's Kentucky Derby Party. I bought it as a gift for a friend's teenage daughter. She looked stunning!!! And it will be a night to remember for all of us.
