Does this product do any thing for ethanol boiling point?

No mention of the ethanol boiling point. Ethanol EB stops dissolved water from separating from the gasoline.

Will it work in diesels? Or harm diesel engines?

Not sure , I don't belive so , best thing is to read the label on the bottle . I just read the label on a empty bottle I have in my garage and it doesnt say anything on it about not using it in diesel engines. It just says gasoline engines . Call there customer service # before pouring it into the vehicle . Best to ck and be right ...

I use non ethanol fuel in a portable poly tank for outboard. Will this help my 2 cycle mix storage and with condensation in the tank?

First off I would try to drain the tank of moisture if possible. If that is not possible, I would add some isopropyl alcohol to the tank. About 2 ounces per 5 gallons, should be about right. Always keep your tank full to allow no space for condensation to form and add one ounce of Biobor EB per 5 gallons. I have used this product with tremendous success on my HEMI cars.
