I highly recommend the Kucacci Smart Lock to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and feature-packed solution!

So this is probably the third lock that I’ve had not by this company, but by different ones and almost every single one that I have gotten is too big for my door where they put the hole and where everything lines up is just not a great spot to have a digital door lock Well, I found one that not only fits but also does all the things that I want it to like the fingerprint the key fob thing having a code generated like when you’re having friends over and you might not be home or you need a package that’s put indoors like the possibilities are endless and then if it dies for some odd reason there’s a manual key to open the thing too I mean every review that I’ve seen on here is been extremely positive. So I’m going to start off with a positive review and in six months I’ll come back and if anything‘s wrong with it, I’ll let you know. If not then you won’t hear anything else from me. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that there’s not an update to this review

very easy to operate very easyto install

*read update below* It has the option to store a fingerprint permanently however, I'm having to set that up daily. If not, then I'm locked out until I can unlock it from the app on my phone (don't lock that inside). I'm not able to use my passcode to bypass the fingerprint option. The alarm is really loud and embarrassing which is great for an intruder, not the homeowner. I have not received a solution for this frustrating problem. PLEASE HELP!! ----------------UPDATE!--------------- The seller reached out with a remedy for the problem. I am satisfied and would highly recommend this seller to others!

Failed in 3 months , but seller gave me replacement , that made happy , it is nice machine , great price , software has little glitch , but worth for money, accept it failed , I guest 5% of all electronics fail ,

VERY SIMPLE INSTALL! Instruction book AND video were great. Setting up and program was seamless! Bought this particular model as it worked w/ TTLock mobile App. Already had the TTLock mobile for my other doors' smart locks so I just had to add this lock into that mobile app. Works with fingerprint, numerical code, RF tags, and key! Did not have any issues installing or programming. You have to use the TTLock mobile app (via bluetooth) to setup fingerprints, codes, and key tags. Very easy! Great price and fast ship!

We started with a single project, and after two years of successful use, we expanded to multiple locations. Their performance has been outstanding! The biometric feature is a game-changer, transforming the way you interact with doors—it's incredibly intuitive and almost addictive. While we encountered a few issues with rogue locks, the manufacturer promptly replaced them without hassle. Highly recommended!

Just installed, and I have to say it was easy. Pros: Easy install Multiple Key Methods Sleek Design Cons: Not a deal Killer , but you do need to purchase wireless gateway in order to be able to access it remotely. You can access system via Bluetooth and app if you are 2 meters nearby. Overall I love and will be ordering 2 more.

Estoy contenta con la compra, fue fácil de instalar ya que su instructivo es claro, la cerradura funciona bien.

Great, we love it

I like the lock, but my fingerprint are not working in there. I installed like a 4to5 fingerprint out of my family member, but I don’t know for some reason it’s not working it says door being locked. It’s unauthorized is anybody know what to do?
