Effective Therapy to Recover From Broken Shoulder
I had a catastrophic accident that broke my shoulder in two places and detached all 4 rotator cuffs. These units have been so effective in recovering the full use of my hand and individual fingers. No longer do I shake uncontrollably when I try to make a fist or grip something or write a note.

Good product but
The product is decent enough in terms of quality and was delivered on time. What I did not like, was the fact that they didn’t include a manual of suggested ways to exercise for increased mobility, or increase strength. How do you do exercises for mobility and how often the same thing on strength I ended up looking online and it was very difficult actually find anything other than ads for the product.

Solid Product, Not Cheap.
My son and I Rock Climb, but the virus left us out of the gym for months. For the $22, this is worth it. No need for the more expensive ones.My wife had trouble with "Light" due to previous Carpl Tunnel. My son and I found it to be a paper weight.My 13 year old took the Medium, which was easy for me, but this only means he needs to work on his finger muscles.I took the Heavy, though honestly only my pinky had any real trouble with me.Now I know in the future I will need to invest in a 7lb to keep getting stronger.

Helping Better than OPT
My wife broke her arm in a couple places. We refused surgery and went with just setting it. After being in a case for a few months. She started OPT which really didn't help. She started using the light and is now started to get straight and motion back. I'm a guitar player and been using the stronger and it helps to loosen up my fingers before playing.
