Truly plug and play. Worked flawlessly immediately after plugging in the usb. Makes call experience on Teams so much better. Highly recommend this phone.

Excellent easy to use Teams phone
Purchased this for a project with 0 expectations but was so impressed I kept it and is now my daily driver so to speak. Setup is beyond simple with the big display. Plug in, power on (adapter or POE), login. It uses Microsoft SSO with your 365 account and you are up and running in a matter of minutes. No config, no fuss. Speaker and handset sound great. If you are looking for a POE capable Teams phone, look no further.

Will not accept incoming calls and the website is a joke all they want you to do is charge you for a licence.

Umstellung zu Teams-Telefonie
Das Telefon tut was es soll. Anfangs ist die Bedienung recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber mit dem Jabra Headset in Kombination bin ich sehr zufrieden.
