Telcel Mexico Prepaid SIM Card SIM-only HIGH Speed 5G, 2 Pack

I put the SIM card in my phone said it was not active. When I received it it was already expired on the package. Amazon said the SIM card would work when I reached Mexico. It never worked when I reached mexico. and I put a $55 plan on it. Now I'm out $85. They told me cuz it's past the 30 days. I had to call tel cel themself. The telephone number Amazon gave me for tel cel does not work. You press two for English and it migrates you to simple Mobile and they have nothing to do with tel cel. I had to buy a whole other tel cel SIM card in Mexico city. That actually did work. And because I had to wait to go to Mexico to see if the card worked it's past the 30 days. They wouldn't even give me Amazon credit. because I threw one of the two SIM cards away because it did not work. And I didn't want to get mixed up with my other regular SIM card and my Mexico tel cel sim card that I bought in Mexico City.

This product did not work at all. I did research, watched how to videos and bought the data package. Nothing and now my phone is not working in Mexico. I used a chip in Italy with no issues at all. This has been a nightmare to attempt to fix and a complete time waste. Just use the plan on your phone, forget doing this!

When I inserted the card at the airport. It did not work. I took it to a telcel representative in Mexico, and they said it does not work.In Mexico can’t return it can’t get my money back
